A delegation from the International Women’s Group (IWG), headed by Mrs. Ghada Shawky, president of IWG and wife of the ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, paid a visit to the Kuwaiti Danish Dairy Company KCSC (KDD), In Sabhan Shuwaikh Industrial area.
Members were warmly received by Mrs. Bahia Ezzat Jaafar, Deputy Chairman, Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of the company.
A tour was kindly organized by Mr. Emad Mousallam Khader, quality control manager and Mr. Kim Bach manufacturing general manager.
During the tour, members were impressed by the company being a pioneer in the dairy industry in Kuwait, as well as being among the longest established manufacturers and distributors of food and beverage in the Arabian Gulf; started in 1962 by an entrepreneur who wanted to bring a modern dairy industry to the country.
The members were shown the process of manufacturing, from start to finish until distribution, with the utmost priority always being placed on excellent quality products and their health and safety impact.
At the end of the visit, Mrs. Ghada Shawky on behalf of the IWG presented an honorary shield to express her gratitude for the informative visit.
