A delegation of the International Women’s Group (IWG) board and members visited Al Assima Mall in coordination with Salhia Real Estate Company.
The delegation toured the mall’s facilities and admired the unique roof design and the beautiful chandelier that has the shape of a fishing net made of crystal containing crystal balls in the shape of oysters. The chandelier represents an important historical message for Kuwait, linking the past with the present of the country, which adds to it a special splendor and beauty.
Al Assima Mall consists of seven floors, with a walking track 13 cinemas, one of which is an open-air cinema. The Mall also includes the National Geographic Ultimate Explorer, through which the young generation can develop their knowledge and education in science and geography.
After the informative tour, the Salhia Company hosted the IWG members to a lunch at the Italian restaurant LaVazza.
The President of the IWG Mrs. Cristiana Balducci, on behalf of the members, thanked Mrs. Alya Al Sane and the Salhia Real Estate Company for the special tour and presented shields of appreciation to the company and also to Mrs. Alya Al Sane and Mrs. Palmer.
